We prefer to not have a long list of Terms and Conditions as its often counter productive to customer relationships.

1. All work is Prepaid. Payment is required upfront before website development or updates begin, and 1 month or 1 year in advance for our hosting solution depending on what package you take.

This is one of the reasons we can provide such professional, yet economical services.

2. Customer agrees to not abuse our services. If we detect spam, malicious or illegal activity, or activity in general we do not consider fair and reasonable, we will attempt to rectify by correspondence, but may have to take down your account immediately in the interests of customer safety.

3. Backups. We maintain backups, however the onus is on you the customer to have a backup of your website. An easy way to do this is to keep a record of images and content used (ie in a word document) so should something happen, you can rebuild easily.

4. Security. Every effort is made to maintain security of your site. The reality is there are many malicious hackers on the internet and there is a small chance that something bad can occur. For this reason, we align ourselves with the best in the business to ensure everything is as up to date and secure as possible, though unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for attacks.
